• We start with a clear baseline. Your current spend and suppliers are reviewed and agreed as a starting point (often building directly on an initial audit)

• I take over the ongoing management. Negotiating with suppliers, evaluating alternatives, and handling the relationship day to day

• You stay in control. Any new supplier agreement is reviewed and signed by you directly, I negotiate on your behalf, but you always have the final say

• You see the results. Regular updates showing savings achieved, and what’s being managed on your behalf

How I charge:

A modest monthly retainer, plus a share of the savings I generate against your baseline spend, so my incentive is directly aligned with yours, I only earn more when you’re saving more.
